Welcome to Brainwised, a service provided by Springloop OU ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through Brainwised (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Brainwised allows users to record video calls and utilizes AI to analyze these recordings, providing tools to summarize calls, generate notes, and extract insights. The Service is suitable for a wide range of users, including teachers, product researchers, interviewers, and sales professionals.
There are no specific restrictions on who can use our Service. However, users are responsible for notifying all participants in a video call that the call is being recorded. Failure to do so may result in termination of your account.
An account is mandatory to use Brainwised. We only support authentication via Google and Facebook accounts. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
You must notify all participants in a video call that the call is being recorded. If any participant does not consent to being recorded, you must not proceed with recording the call. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Brainwised is a subscription-based service. Users can choose between monthly and yearly payment plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing section in our app. We offer a 14-day free trial, which requires a credit card for activation. If you do not cancel within the trial period, your card will be automatically charged for the subscription.
The 14-day free trial allows new users to experience the full functionality of Brainwised. If you do not cancel your subscription before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. No refunds will be issued for subscription charges after the trial period.
You own all the content of your video calls and the outputs generated by our AI. Brainwised may use this content solely to improve our services and user experience.
Users have the right to use, share, and distribute the content generated by our AI models in any manner they choose.
We use third-party services, including OpenAI, to process user requests and generate insights from video calls. By using the Service, you agree to our sharing of your data with these third parties as necessary to provide the Service.

All user data is encrypted and protected. We have a Privacy Policy in place that details how your data is handled and protected.
We share video call transcripts with OpenAI for processing and analysis. Additionally, user behavior data is shared with Firebase to analyze and improve user experience.
We are committed to providing a high level of uptime for the Service. However, there may be occasions where maintenance or other issues cause interruptions. We will strive to minimize any downtime and notify users of significant outages.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Service at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes by email.
There are no limitations on liability under these Terms. Users should be aware that their use of the Service is at their own risk.
You may terminate your subscription at any time by accessing the billing section in the app. To delete your account, please contact us at legal@brainwised.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Service will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes via email. By continuing to use the Service after changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Springloop OU regarding the use of Brainwised.
